You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your User Content. Foyer does not verify the information you provide.

You agree not to:

Property information displayed on Foyer is provided by property owners and has not been independently verified. Foyer makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform.

Users viewing shared property information should conduct their own due diligence and independent verification before making any decisions based on such information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foyer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Any unauthorized access to your data
Any errors or omissions in the Service
Reliance on information provided through the Service

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foyer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
